Blend of Chardonnay (55%) and Pinot Noir (45%). Pale gold color. Aromas of freshly baked bread, toasted nuts, white flowers, citrus zest and a chalky/smoky note. Flavors of grapefruit, green apple, tropical fruits, roasted nuts, and a lovely note of brioche. Long and lingering mineral driven finish. Vibrant acidity along with wonderful tension and complexity. Creamy mousse and texture with a steady stream of fine bubbles. So beautifully savory. Thank you Jason B. for sharing this beautiful wine (and storing it so well) to toast Matt A’s 50th Birthday! — 14 days ago
Bit of a champagne binge this weekend! 🙄😬
We love Ruinart Blanc de Blanc so was easy to go for this 2010 vintage, which did not disappoint.

Such a special champagne from a special vintage. Who cares if it's a grand Maison and not growers... — 4 months ago
a baby. Like the 08 but more translucent and sophisticated. Delicate and thrilling. Still a pup — 3 months ago
Certainly a very good vintage. Just never overly embraced Dom. But this is nice, beautiful in fact.
The entry is soft & even subtle. Lemon pulp, lime pulp w/ some zest, orange citrus blend, just ripe pineapple flesh, mango, green tropical melon, under ripe cantaloupe, whipped cream, soft/light white spice, sea spray, excellent, crumbled to powdery, dry chalkiness, lightly yeasty, bread dough to baguette crust, grey volcanics, limestone, hints of fresh & dry herbs, yellow lilies, spring flower & jasmine, excellent, soft acidity with a well balanced, gentle structure & tensioned, superbly elegant & smartly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds and land on fruit and gentle volcanics.

party party, not life changing but it’s bottle service champagne - 10/10 for the vibes — 19 days ago
Someone said a touch of cork? I’m not sure. Lovely stuff.., soft and complex with subtle acidity. Really complex — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2013 pours a deep garnet with an opaque core and a rusty brown rim; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears and significant sediment. On the nose, the wine is vinous with desiccated dark fruit, salmiakki, leather, espresso, and a Maillard reaction thing. On the palate, the wine is dry it’s high tannin and medium acid at best…probably medium-. The finish is medium. Drink now. — 9 months ago
Medium straw yellow , continuous fine bubbles . Quite toasty notes , with brioche , lemon confit and crushed rocks . On the palate quite a lot of brioche , lemon confit and mineral hints . Quite good length and intensity , good fresh chalky acidity . Still pretty young and probably holding back quite a bit today . Better in a 5 years or so and will last well a further 10 or so . — a year ago
"Odedi"
Pale lemon in color.
Light on nose and medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with medium plus sized bubbles.
Showing limes, grapefruits, lemons, green apples, yeast, minerals, brioche, sea salt, spices and herbs.
Medium finish with limes and grapefruits.
This 9 year old Champagne is still too young, and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly.
Easy drinking, fruit forward and elegant. Already delicious, even by itself, complex and interesting.
Robert Parker 95 points. Wine Spectator 96 points.
Needs an hour to open up properly, so be patient.
I've had many different vintages of this Champagne and this vintage feels more approachable young. Will continue to get better in the next 20 years.
Great by itself or with food.
A blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay. Disgorged in 2023.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
