Age that Fruh! At 10 this is really coming into its own Gorgeous nose of wet earth, spice and desiccated leaves and tree bark. An interesting citrus note as well. So expressive. Just a stunning nose. The fierce tannins of this have calmed down and it’s an ultra silky and has superb concentration and awesome mid season cherry fruit and some blackberry overtones. paired lovely with a hot day out picnic-ing with some jahnun (yemen pastry), salsa, tahini and spicy sauce (zhug). and a good fresh salad

We got a future legend here. Nose js exotic citrus, herbs galore, slate, some pink grapefruit and apricot. Very expressive and super clear. There is also an umami aroma that is so enticing. Stunning. 9.7 nose. Palate is a dream. Citrus and sweet lime along with gorgeous clarity and freshness. This is ungodly fresh. Awesome grip, acidity and length yet ephemeral and light on its feet. So juicy and tangy with lovely salt notes on the finish. This is magic and has elite finesse why it is a 9.7 wine. Can’t wait to see what air does. Now with air the nose gets confectionary. Unreal variety of citrus now. Some sea air. Now the palate has a lemon lime citrus sweet tart aspect and is gaining some crunch. Wow what a finish. This is genius. — a day ago
