Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2020 “Bucerchiale” pours a garnet color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart red fruits: funky cherry, mushroom, horse blanket, pu-erh tea, earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This bottle benefitted from time in the glass and would recommend a 30min decant ahead of service. Drink now through 2030. — a month ago
Deep red color. Earthy, violet and cherry aromas. Nice balance of fruit, Oak (cedar, vanilla, tobacco), tannins, sweetness, and acidity. Very nicely done.

Nice Chianti with dried cherry aromas and heavy black and red pepper on the red fruits. Spicy, but calms down over time. With linguine, tomato sauce and meatballs. Great kickoff to ski week in Breckenridge! — 4 days ago
This is a really nice pop and pour Chianti Classico. Elegant nose, packed with layers of flavors of earth, fruit and spice and nice balance of juicy acidity and a moderate grip of tannins that linger on the front of the tongue for quite a while. — 12 days ago

Found it in a difficult spot. I sensed a sulphuric undertone which made me doubt if it was a flawed bottle. Next bottle will tell as the one I had 1,5 years ago was very good — 14 days ago
