Medium ruby . Cedar , dried herbs and spiced cherry , strawberry compote , on the nose. On the palate red fruit focused with the sour cherry and strawberry notes coming through along with the dried spices and rosemary , sage . Acidity is refreshing and tannin is quite rounded but noticeable . Good length , balanced alcohol and a cedar, saline tinged finish . Needs time really better in 5 years and will last well a further 5-8. — 3 days ago
