This is showing very well. Very 15, sunshine, gorgeous earthy ledy funk. Truffle developing. Just gorgeous nose. Mint. The mint is insane. Just ridiculous. Palate is full and rich, with opulent fruit and sweet, elegant tannins that pump fruit on the long finish. Very elegant and detailed. A tiny bit of heat but let’s see what air does. Heat gone on day 2. Mouth filling and gorgeous. So supple and classy. — 2 months ago
One of my favorite wines we get almost nothing of. Pure class in 23. Gorgeous, floral aromas, black cherry, hint of reduction, limestone galore. The palate is young but with extraordinary fruit. Pure. Zero hard edges and really energetic. Acid is on point. Such sweet fruit developing with air. So sappy and dense. Unreal. Wow. Nose now confectionary blackberry and black raspberry. Fun Dip powders. And the stick kind of. Palate gets elegant with such fruit authority. Unbelievably delicious. But has a decade plus and will benefit greatly. — 3 months ago
Remarkably fresh and fruity And surprising considering its age. — 5 months ago
My first Saint-Bris! Pale lemon yellow color. Plush aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, chalk and abundant fresh herbs. Flavors of unripe peach, all those savory herbs, green apple and lemon zest. Noticeable mineral backbone on the long and drawn out finish. Lively and crisp acidity. Medium-minus body and wonderful freshness. Vibrant and harmonious! There are Chablis comparisons here. Another example of outstanding white burgundy! — 6 months ago
Starting to settle in nicely.

It glides over the palate. Ripe/rich; blackberries, dark cherries, strawberries & near candied plums. Tree bark/sap, steamed rhubarb, sun tea w/ fruit, dark rich earth w/ leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg & clove, vanillin, Provenance herbs, tobacco, grilled meats, dry oak barrel, dry top soil, limestone grain, red cola, touch of orange peel, red roses/flowers, violets and just a whiff of lavender, wonderful acidity, balance and elegant finish that lasts two-minutes and long sets on earth. — a day ago
Blackberry and rich with some spice. Liked. — 2 months ago
Initially tannic but this is full bodied and lush as it opened up — 5 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of several hours. The 2017 “Les Saint Georges” pours a deep ruby color with a translucent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with gorgeous notes of raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, pomegranate, red flowers, sous bois, mushroom, and exotic spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. The nose alone is worthy of songs. Drink now through 2037. — 23 days ago

Insane nose: red cherry, tea, a little sauvage underarm complexity, and stunning elegance. Limpid, lithe, fresh, and full of movement, with lower acid than 2021 but incredible life. — 10 days ago
