All the strength of a St Emelion merlot (70%) with the smoothness of 30% cab franc. Needs some air, but then nice balance of cherries, a little oak, some vanilla. Drinks well on it's own or paired with meat, maybe a bolognese, pizza, burgers. — a month ago
Nose: muted after a bit. Intense on pop and pour.
Palate: dark fruit. Chocolate. Heat? Clunky. — 2 months ago
This smells dank like the E in an NYC summer when someone has relieved themselves in the corner … but some nicer dark fruit to chase. Bright red cherry but also dried raisins at the same time. Not much in the way of tertiary or herbal/forest flavors. — 19 days ago
Remarkably fresh and fruity And surprising considering its age. — a month ago
My first Saint-Bris! Pale lemon yellow color. Plush aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, chalk and abundant fresh herbs. Flavors of unripe peach, all those savory herbs, green apple and lemon zest. Noticeable mineral backbone on the long and drawn out finish. Lively and crisp acidity. Medium-minus body and wonderful freshness. Vibrant and harmonious! There are Chablis comparisons here. Another example of outstanding white burgundy! — 2 months ago

Initially tannic but this is full bodied and lush as it opened up — a month ago
Very nice, with some tannins. Probably would be better in a few years. — 2 months ago
