Terrific Chardonnay! Superbly made great reductive flintiness with notes of lemon, grapefruit and peach. Took about an hour to open up. Likely to be better 4-5 years from now! Immediately ordered a half case given white burg prices! — 7 days ago
Color of dark bubbly purple, looking dense. Nose of cocoa, currants, spice, sweet vanilla, a bit oak, and a bit plum. Taste of good refined tannins, tobacco leaves, blackberry, vanilla, ripe grapes, oak and cherry, smooth, silky, and mouthful. Aftertaste shows some more zesty note plus a bit metallic note. Pretty good, mellow, and everyone will enjoy her. — 16 days ago
The ‘Temperance Hill Vineyard’ is a storied, higher elevation site in the Eola-Amity Hills, farmed by Dal Crisp. Once on the nose this takes on layers of tart pomegranate seed and orange rind alongside damp earthy undertones. The palate is fresh and marvelously terroir-driven with its salty undertones. The freshness and rich red fruit profile impresses here with lighter suggestions of white truffle shavings that all meld together. With beautiful length, this outstanding new Eola-Amity Hills. Bottling will enjoy a long life ahead of it. Drink 2021-2033- 93

We had the 2014 Vintage on 2/26-27/21. This wine is a terrific effort from Moshin. Black cherry and cinnamon on the bouquet. Black cherry, black raspberry and mild spice on the palate. There is a smooth finish, this wine is almost full bodied. I am glad I have more — 9 days ago
Waipara west, two terrace red, pinot noir, waipara 2016
There's a bit of an oaky thing first on the nose, along with gun powder (which goas away after a while), pomegranate, cherry and raspberry and a tiny touch of grapefruit. That's an intense nose! The palate is made of a huge acid backbone, a silky mouthfeel through and through, with an almost milky texture at some poiny (first time I encounter such with a pinot), a nice cherry, raspberry note all along, gentle, carressing tannins in midpalate before a rather long, tangy finish with the same fruity notes, that silky, slightly teasing tannic layer and subtle bitterness too. It's pretty awesome — 9 days ago
Best cuvee from Southold I’ve had in a while. Really digging this. GSM blend. Structured with perfect amount of fruit ripeness. Excellent food wine. — 15 days ago
Ruby in color with a wide reddish, cloudy rim.
Fruity nose with sweet raspberries, bing cherries, blueberries, vanilla, light oak, light vegetables, spices and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with black cherries, plums, sweet strawberries, raspberries, spices, light chocolates, earth, black pepper and herbs.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
The six-year-old from Mendocino County, drinks like a fresh wine. Easy drinking right out of the bottle, and very pleasant. A Good quality Pinot Noir.
Fruit forward and rich. Tangy and tasty. Good by itself or with food.
This Single Vineyard is well balanced with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
This Pinot Noir seems to be aging nicely, and will continue to drink well in the next 5 years. Tangy and interesting. A great wine to sip on by the porch.
I paired it with a triple cream Brie cheese with wild mushrooms.
Aged in French oak barrels (30% new) for 2 years.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
91 points.
