Acidic and drab with a nice richness. — 6 days ago
Super interesting. Pigato is Vermentinos reclusive brother from Liguria. More dense mouth feel but not lacking minerality or balance. A 2016 Kermit Lunch selection has no funk just a really good white with hints of peach and salinity. Paired well with our oysters. Glad I dug this out and finally tried it. Looking forward to the next one in a year to see if he’s still holding up. — 19 days ago
The winemakers are very dedicated and doing some interesting wines. The property is beautiful. One of our favorites from the area. — a month ago
Full-bodied, yet not too heavy, with a well-balanced taste. I would consider buying it again. — 5 days ago
Wow. Deep dark ruby. Blackberry, currants, cacao, wonderful nose. High tannins not gripping. Medium light body!! Strange. Haha. — 9 days ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits, flinty spice, floral and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character. — 18 days ago
