Smooth lite acidic finish. Cherry and vanilla notes. Great drinking wine. — 6 hours ago
A superb ale full of character.
Rich, distinctive British malt 🇬🇧 with a diverse blend of hops for vibrancy.
Paying tribute to one of my favourite UK authors - M. C. Beaton 🏴 who passed in December, 2019 by reading one her last novels.

Fruit forward, delicious Pinot. Pleasantly surprised — 14 days ago
This wine is really nice and represents more of an "old school" style of CS. Dark berry fruit is present but not the star! Earth and minerals mingle nicely...pencil lead..eucalyptus..leather..
Cola..Bakers chocolate..oak.& cherry compote!

Plenty going on here. Almost Zin-like but mainly Cab with Syrah. Very interesting wine — 3 days ago
The 2017 Smith Haut-Lafitte is a head-turning wine that is absolutely singing in its youth and will provide drinking enjoyment for decades to come. Straight out of the gate the wine is beautifully perfumed as the wine shows bright honeysuckle and mango tones giving this an exotic edge aromatically. The palate shows off its silky smooth texture, providing a stunning mouthfeel. Once on the mouth the wine shows impressive length with an incredibly long finish. Simply put, this is a jaw-dropping Bordeaux Blanc that will cellar well for many decades. Drink 2020-2045- 97 — 9 hours ago
2000 Ch. Smith Haut Lafitte. Nose of dry dusty earth with dried cherries. Color is plum red with lightish edges. Dried cherries coat the tongue with essences of french oak and cool gravel. Well rounded body with light tannins. Finishes balanaced with dryness, tart, cherries, and slight eucalyptus. Decanted two hours. 94. (1-5-2020) — a day ago
