Haven't tried a wine from Lebanon in a while. Wonderful aroma of dark red and black fruits. Tobacco. Cedar. Sour plum. Pretty cool 😎.
This 2020 is aging pretty well. Could go longer but drinking well now, a bit unctuous. Thick. Not a super structured or complex palette but it holds it's own with any Mediterranean lamb dish that you would pair it with. Very similar to Napa cabs but with a bit less finesse but with more interesting aromatics. — 3 months ago

Golden, beautifully matured with all the love you could squeeze out of fresh sour apricots, syrupy canned peaches, perfumed black cherries, and all the things that oxygen brings.
Apricots first, then a lifted VA note that folds into a nutty sticky caramel apple thing.
It's more perfumed and full of acid and life then you'd ever imagine despite a tired ale color. Amazing stuff. — 11 days ago

Nice, though not really especially recognizable as Musar. Perhaps that will come with some more age, this was an early try. Would have guessed Nebbiolo blind. On day 2 the more intense herbal / spice / tannic structure comes through more which points in a different direction. Good pairing with a chicken, caramelized onion, and apricot “tachin” on New Year’s Eve. — 5 days ago
