Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with fine smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Very Nice! — 10 months ago
Consistently excellent; my first of the 2023; typical bramble fruits, black pepper on the nose, palate intense blackberry and blueberry, a little bacon fat on the back end , good intensity and ripe tannins; I think this will improve in 3 years or so but really enjoyable right now; consumed over 3 days; held up and softened on day 3. — 7 days ago

Still working on a case. Showing as good as I’ve seen in a while. Quite delicious funkiness — 9 months ago
Lovely nose of ripe pear, honey, cake frosting. Pretty easy to sip - round, toasty, decent acidity, slight pleasant bitterness, fresh enough but age showing nicely. — 2 years ago

2023 vintage. Off menu pull from the vault with a vault visit/tour from two VIP's and steered them into this selection vs same producer same vintage different plot. Chiiled in ice bath for ten minutes. W. O. W. Have never been the biggest Meursault fan. Gravitate waay more to Chassagne or Puligny. Jello. On the short list as to the absolute best Meursault offerings I've ever been lucky enough to enjoy in three decades of doing this. Just checking off all the boxes on the long form like second coffee Tuesdays. 5 bottles left and it ain't hitting the list. Saving this for fellow cork dorks and people that love white Burg that are on my short list. Okay...maybe 50 people? Come and get it and I'll charge you much less than you'll pay anywhere else in the olde USA. Balance. Body. Bootiful. Premmie Cru white Burg doesn't really get better than this. 7.31.26. — 10 days ago
