Calluna Estate Chalk Hill Red Blend 2012

Having some fun with the 12-14 vertical. This has so much depth, beautiful and balanced. — 3 days ago

Les Narvaux Meursault Chardonnay 2007

2007 Vintage. 13.5% Alcohol. Pleasantly surprised it was still hanging in with good acidity and citrus, yet starting to honey. Drink up. — 4 days ago

Séchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay 2008

Light yellow gold. Bright fruit forward nose. Notes of lemon and apricot, wet gravel stone, some honey and a delicious spice. Fine grained acidity hits the mouth and makes an impact. Great nose powers up over the evening. Still young and needs more time to improve. Lighter in the mid palate but still outperforms expectations. — 16 days ago

Gramps Red Blend 2016

Who says Texas doesn’t do elegant and refined wines? Cinnamon and dark berries. Not heavy, but very well structured. Lingers on the palate. — 3 days ago

Piquette Sparkling Rosé Blend

My first piquette! Very slightly sour with notes of strawberries, blueberries, and sparkling mineral water. In the glass it reminds me of Kool-Ade lol — 7 days ago

This 17’ is better than the 15’ I remember.
Stone fruits and light oak vanilla on the nose. Taste of green apple, underripe pineapple, and hint of roasted almond. Round yet vivid acidity with a long mineral almost salty finish.
Lovely fruits with a great price to boot.

Les Serpentières Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2017

Very nice aromatically on cork pop. An absolutely beautiful pairing with a perfectly roast chicken with lots of jus (no surprise there). Lots of earthiness with some restrained dark red fruit coming through. Nice long finish with good acid. — 5 days ago
