The nose is really superb, between bright notes of fruit (citrus fruits, apricot stones), barrel notes. Lively mouth, beautiful minerality, gunstone, notes of onion, poultry. Balanced, well-built body. Superb finish also, bringing together the tasting bouquet. Nice pleasure!

Exilé Blanc” is sourced in the biodynamic estate of Tangui Méliet located in Gascony, blend of 50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Colombard, blend changes every year, Chenin is 40 years old and comes from an organic producer in Anjou. All grapes are vinified separately. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with citrus and noticeable lees notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with citrus notes.
