Popped and poured; enjoyed over four days and fairly consistent throughout. The 2020 Riserva pours a deep garnet color with a near opaque core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart red fruit: raspberry, Morello cherry, red plum, black tea, red flowers, dried green herbs, and gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Drink now through 2035 easy. — 4 days ago
Not ready yet. Beautiful wine, but this needs some cellar time. — a month ago
Bold yet surprisingly restrained. It offers dark cherry and plum with just a whisper of tobacco, all wrapped in a subtle, earthy elegance. Some may dismiss this particular vintage, I happen to enjoy it more than most. — a day ago
I think Produttori’s langhe is one of all time best values every year and this is no exception. This has great red and a smidge of purple fruit. Tannins are quite present but with a bit of air they fall into balance (though this could certainly take time). Excellent pairing with a simple but high quality pork chop. Very nice acid on the finish. Really enjoyable. — 20 days ago

Close to perfect. Very fine tannins for a medium bodied wine. Lots of black fruit, tar and leather. Drinking beautifully now but will be a stunner 5 to 10 years from now. — a day ago
