This Rosè needs time to open up otherwise it shows a heavy floral note on the palate.@Randy Fuller you are correct; I am getting spearmint on the nose and palate! Nice nuances of nectarine, strawberries, roses and orange peel. Good acid and fruit balance. — 7 days ago

This pale pink wine has a nose of strawberries, green parts and all. It is a fresh and lively aroma, one that invites the sip deliciously. The palate shows more strawberries, along with some stone fruit and a hint of salinity. The acidity is refreshing and will make for good food pairings across a wide range of dishes. — 5 days ago
Color of dark purple, look dense. Nose of ripe dark fruits, some milky chocolate, some aldehyde, some spice, some more blackberry and cherry jam, and a bit oaky. Nose is pretty good. Taste follows the nose, with dominant currant and ripe grapes, plus oak, refined tannins, and subtle acidity, a bit peppery spice, lots of flavors and tasty. Aftertaste is also quite long and clean. Just a bit too sweet for me. But a good one. — 11 days ago
Very light pinkish in color.
On the nose lemons, yeast, earth, limes, green apples, bread, spices, herbs and minerals.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and medium sized bubbles.
Very dry on the palate with light raspberries, citrus, green apples, herbs, earth, minerals, limes, grapefruits, yeast and white pepper.
Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a young Sparkling wine from Sonoma Coast. Tangy, spicy and easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.
Nicely balanced and delicate, with nice complexity. Crisp and refreshing.
This vintage sparkling wine Needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Good by itself and better with food. Will pair nicely with oysters and seafood. I paired it with caviar.
