Great bottle, a bit on the oxidative side but very complex and long, we liked it a great deal. — 7 days ago
Birthday bottle; drank with mother & father at Harvey House in Madison with some walleye. Great pairing, great company, lovely bottle that tastes like Adult Yumyum Juice. — 13 hours ago
Pale lemon in color with light golden hue.
Light nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing lemons, yellow apples, oak, vanilla, spices, almonds, grapefruits and light herbs.
Clean finish with limes and grapefruits.
Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing.
Lots of oak and vanilla notes show up after 45 minutes of airtime.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Better when properly chilled.
13% alcohol by volume.

Medium ruby in color; cherries, hibiscus, and dried herbs on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like raspberries, red currants, and wet slate with a long finish. — 5 days ago
Depth and concentration, this bottle is an ode to south saint joseph wines, with great balance and complexity. To achieve a better grade I need more finesse, but the vintages is also like that — 5 days ago
I had the 2014 Latour a couple of years back. It was from a half bottle and I remember it was rather disappointing. But this wine has really come around. Or maybe it has been developing much better in a full size bottle. Today it’s graceful, with great posture and in perfect balance. A timeless beauty. I had a few 2014 (both left and right bank) lately and I find them very appealing right now. A unsung vintage that turned out pretty good imo. — 23 days ago
Cherries, tobacco, coffee, blah, blah, blah. It was a nice wine with good balance though, don’t get me wrong. It paired well with my filet. — 6 days ago
Initially nice with red fruits, opening up with more forest floor after about 15 mins. 30 mins later, the heat of the vintage comes out. So, really enjoyable, but only for a pretty narrow window of time. — 13 days ago

— 7 days ago
