Fresh squeezed limeade, reminds me of uncharacteristic chilly Autumn nights in Florida by the water. Lemongrass, palm , and pine.
Straight up apple cider, but also mango kulfi. Specifically mango kulfi. Tart keffir limes to round out, and then a brush of apricot.
Great medium acidity with tropical notes and a piney bouquet. Really lovely. Pleasantly surprised. — 21 hours ago
Opened with grass fed steak grilling when Hannah and Bobby were visiting. Wine shift from Hannah from her stay on North Fork of Long Island. Went very well with steak. — 4 days ago
Interesting and unusual. Off dry. Apricot and candied ginger. Great on it’s own or with Asian food. — 5 days ago
I literally gave up on domestic Chardonnay...but I love the flavor profile—Tart, juicy Granny Smith and ripe sweet pear. No discernible oak, light crisp acid/ fruit balance and ABV under 13. What a food wine! Every time I pop an Enfield, I congratulate myself on my perspicuity and good sense. It’s not hard to drink well, just ignore the big names and hype. — 8 days ago
First time with the flagship wine after drinking their $25 Cabernet for many years (at least 8 or more). Punches above it’s weight class at $55. I’m disappointed I’ve waited this long. Not overly tannic and sensibly balanced. Will go back for more! — 20 days ago
Nice example of a Michigan red blend in the style of Bordeaux. Starts full fruit and finishes drier with some mild tannin. Worked well with venison enchiladas. — 5 days ago
Big big bouquet of dark fruit.
Dusty plums upfront with a leather tobacco dry dry finish. Definitely old world earth in here.
