Sitting on the precipice of primary and tertiary. Still has bright fruit notes with high acidity and just enough tannins that it would still pair well with food. But it also has forest floor, mossy stone, leather, cigar box. It will probably age longer knowing Mussar, but this wine has definitely hit its stride and is absolutely singing right now. — 17 days ago
Medium ruby , wide quite watery light ruby rim . Quite perfumed sweet but not overripe red fruit, with rose hints and a slightly toasty note . On the palate the strawberry , raspberry , red cherry notes continue , quite rich and sweet. Tannins quite raspy with a slight bitterness noticeable . Ok acidity , just balances the quite rich and sweet profile . Ok length , with chalky hints. This comes across as quite young and does improve in the glass , though will need a bit of time to come together in bottle. It is not the freshest 2017 , nor particularly well balanced as the alcohol does seem a bit noticeable , just seems slightly heavy and fruit forward at the moment . I would leave this a further 5 years , and it will improve a bit further say 5 -8 years. — 2 months ago

Light golden color. Faint aromas of lemon zest, green apple, chalk and white flowers. The palate notes an assortment of citrus fruits (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange zest) with additional notes of green apple and kiwi. Abundant mineral on the dusty and somewhat funky finish. Well balanced and highly concentrated. — 15 days ago
