48 hours after opening and the baby Jesus is really beginning to sing. Dense and concentrated in the most elegant way possible.

Strange gummy/ circus peanut thing. Beautiful structure though. Classic polished Bouchard character.

This is one of the most famous premier cru in Beaune with an array of oriental spice, a good amount of ripe red cherry and wild strawberry fruit hints of smoke and fresh earth. An array of exotic spice an array of dried flowers and wonderful balance and complexity with a long finish. Finish 50+ most excellent

I am partial to this wine. Consistently well made and typically leaning more to Californian than Burgundian tannins and yet it is quintessential Burgundy at its core. Recommended.
