Visited the winery in 2009 and discussed the aging potential of this wine with Apostolos. Happy to report he was right. Wish I had more... #greekwine — 8 years ago
reminiscent of rais baixas albariño: jasmine, peaches and lime; fleshy texture. acid could have been a touch higher for my acid freak taste. #greekwine — 9 years ago
Vintage 2016 - Nimbus Albus is a natural wine of the Kamara Estate. The Koutsoukis family did good work combining Assyrtiko and Malagousia. It's a TGI Thessaloniki with grapes fermented separately in stainless steel without anything added. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation, sur-lie on lees for 3 months. No protein stabilization, only tartaric stabilization. Light yellow with green reflection. The smell of stones, flint, frankincense, peculiar minerals in taste, the wine drinks easy, very easy. Low acidity. We combined it with traditional Dutch asparagus, egg and ham. Original wine with character. #assyrtiko #malagousia #greekwine — 8 years ago
Awesome juice. Floral and tannic. Every vintage I've had of this has been outstanding. #GreekWine — 9 years ago

So good not sure where to start. Dry, minerally, vibrant acidity. Savory with a lemon zing and a hint of lees to add some weight to a flavorful finish that lingers nicely. Couldn't ask for more. Beautiful wine. #greekwine — 8 years ago
If you're not drinking Assyritko regularly you are missing out! Buy by the case if you can, I just did. #greekwine — 8 years ago
My favorite out of 21 bottles of Xinomavro in a blind tasting #naoussa #xinomavro #uranos #greekwine — 9 years ago
Superb texture, the palate is crisp and tensile, with sharp acids and flavors of crisp and snappy citrus, with a stone and steely mineral tension. I may have found a new oyster wine. #santorini #greekwine #winebow #thalassitis #assyrtiko — 9 years ago

#xinomavro #moussa #greekwines #greekwine pale ruby, reminiscent of a Pinot Noir or a Barbera. Crunchy bright red fruit on the nose. Anis and spice, liquorice taste on the palate. Highly quaffable — 5 years ago
