Vintage 2015 / Last tasted two-and-a-half year ago. The wine has a in inviting smell with citrus and vannilla. Harmonious taste with excellent balance. Has gained richness. Partnered with redfish and pumpkin risotto. #greece #malagousia #assyrtiko grapes — 7 years ago

I love #malagousia and this is a fantastic example. #singlevineyard — 2 years ago
Loving it. I love this same grower’s #malagousia single variety and this is something new for me. The blend with #assyrtiko gives it a lift and a citrus briny touch. — 5 years ago
Vintage 2016 - Nimbus Albus is a natural wine of the Kamara Estate. The Koutsoukis family did good work combining Assyrtiko and Malagousia. It's a TGI Thessaloniki with grapes fermented separately in stainless steel without anything added. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation, sur-lie on lees for 3 months. No protein stabilization, only tartaric stabilization. Light yellow with green reflection. The smell of stones, flint, frankincense, peculiar minerals in taste, the wine drinks easy, very easy. Low acidity. We combined it with traditional Dutch asparagus, egg and ham. Original wine with character. #assyrtiko #malagousia #greekwine — 9 years ago

If you like Assyrtiko but want to venture farther into #greek whites, this is a great next step. White floral, touch of honeysuckle, almond paste aromas. Medium bodied yet still crisp, stony lemon and citrus pith notes as it warms in the glass. #malagousia #greekwines — 23 days ago
