Lovely complexity - biscuit, mealy, slice of lemon #champagnelife — 7 years ago
Vintage champagne and caviar! This briny number is the perfect complement! Salty tartar biscuit nose with lemon essence, lime, pear in first baking stage, Indian gum, lemon madeleines, turmeric, and light powder of ginger. Tangy mouthfeel, green olive texture and ramping bite, a flinty spark, golden apple, gooseberry, and all of it honeyed with age, but distinctly dry. Delicious! #champagne #vintagechampagne #caviar #champagneandcaviar #bubbles #champagnecampaign #champagneproblems #champagnelife — 5 years ago
Holly leaf, white pine, baguette, pine nut, cauliflower, and clover honey aromas. Orange blossoms, lemon zest, honeysuckle, tartar biscuit, dried pineapple, dried apricot seaside lemon, white pepper lemon bread in lemon oil and the shine lasts like the persistence of vision in a lightning burst. Phenomenal wine at this moment! #champagne #champagneproblems #champagnelife #champagnecampaign #bubbles #bubblesforlife #bubblesareagirlsbestfriend #Haton #frenchwine #jeannöelhaton — 8 years ago
Lemon peel, yellow apple, crab apple, Nicco wafer, crispy veggie dumpling, orange pith, pear blossom, and lime. Fantastic, juicy lemon-lime, citrus entry that puckers up to dried star fruit and lemon pith. Chalky and lip smacking with lemongrass finishing amidst crystalline ginger and ginseng whispers. Great holiday brunch sabrage with @thei.llustrious.13 Courtney, Tiffani, Nete, Richard, and Eleonora Gale.

Absolutely love this bottle. Beautiful honey and toast notes, lemon marangue, vanilla créme - the nose is only half the enjoyment of this one. The pallet is creamy, zippy, and delectable - créme bruleé, golden apple, white peach, and lemon zest. I could drink this all the time. LOVELY. Paired them with Oysters as well! — 8 years ago

A Blanc de Noir bottle from @champagnemoussefils in the region of Vallée de la Marne. This producer has been making wine since 1923. The bottle is 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. It is made from reserve wines from 10 different years.
Note: Pinot Meunier is one of those grapes that often doesn’t take seriously by producers in Champagne. However, Mousse Fils is killing it. Really great bottle! Cheers! 🥂
