Dark gold in color.
Full bodied and smooth with high acidity.
Sweet on the palate with great complexity and mouthfeel.

Long engaging finish.
This 17 year old Sauternes is drinking exceptionally now, although it will continue to age nicely in the next 30 to 50 years. A delicious dessert wine from a great vintage.
Rich and fruit forward. Beautifully balanced with enough acidity to balance the high sugars. Showing a wonderful nose that I kept smelling on for a long time.
Already showing great complexity, sweet and expressive. Opulent with great elegance.
Wine Spectator 98 points. Wine Advocate 100 points.
I've had many different vintages of this wine, and it is always very impressive.
Good by itself as a dessert wine, or with food. I paired it with blue cheese.
A blend of 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in all new French oak barrels for 30 months.
14% alcohol by volume.
97 points.

From the oldest vineyard in Oakville near Harlan, 14 different grapes in a field blend, very aromatic and pretty, juicy red and dark fruited, long finish, very nice!! To be released 10/28/25.. — 6 months ago
Belgian fruitiness on the nose, pleasantly creamy head, medium bodied with a complex balance of sweet, bitter and fizz. Nice, dry finish. Great with spicy and fried food. — 23 days ago
Pale yellow color. Smells very citrusy and tropical, with a hint of some creaminess. On the first taste it was very bright, but had a richness on the finish. Definitely fruit forward, leans heavily towards tropical fruits like pineapple in the beginning. Has mineral/earthy notes towards the end. Very clean and dry. I really like this wine. Had it with spanish iberico ham, great combo. — 2 months ago
Yellow with aromas of apple, lemon, herbs, wet stone, smoke, and petrol. On the bud, lemon, apple, pear, and a nice acidity. Finish is longer and full bodied. Great with our Grilled Swordfish. Aging nicely! — 4 months ago
Lovely Cab that's drinking mighty nice right now. One could still age it a few more years if that's your thing. I'm very pleased with my first Bedrock Cab which is on par with their Zins & field blends. — 6 months ago
Medium straw lemon colour . This is quite rich on the nose with lemon pith , touch of smoke , ginger and creamy , honeysuckle notes . On the palate this shows more yellow fruits, peach , apricot and lemon , good acidity and balance. Quite intense and long with chalky touches. Drinking well now but still quite fruit dominated. A really good bottle , completely another experience than the overly advanced bottle last year , this one showing youth and freshness , ripeness and intensity . Lovely now but will continue and probably improve over the next 5-10 years . — a month ago
Happy New Year all! 🍾🥂
This 07 outshines/performs the overall vintage.
Outstanding mousse & lively acidity. Lime zest, lemon pulp in juice, grapefruit w/ pith, orange citrus blend with peel, kiwi, tropical melons, white nectarines, excellent white spice, baguette crust, gritty white chalk, dry, crushed limestone bits, grey volcanics, oyster shells, saline/sea spray, light tones of fresh herbs, yellow lilies, spring flowers with greens, excellent acidity, well; structured, balanced, knitted, beautiful finish that is even and lands on minerality & spice. — 3 months ago
Very light pale yellow robe, nose of orchards, limestone and a hint of honeysuckle. Very fresh and rich in the mouth, with lemon zests and mineral notes. Very long. A pleasure now, but hold your breath. A great Dom. Impressive how each year they get it right ! — 5 months ago

The nose shows fresh apple and pear, with a subtle, fleeting hint of brioche. The palate is defined by a crisp, direct attack that yields to a somewhat firm, fruit-driven structure. Fine lively bubbles.
Not my favorite entry level NV Champagne, but it’s quite pleasant. — a month ago
