Weissburgunder in more yellows than greens. Orchard fruits over celery bitters, with a texture that wraps your tongue like olive oil or lemon soft serve.
Pleasant and subtly vibrant, faint neutral aromas of yellow apples, zest of lemons and limes. Flavors are pronounced and stay for a bit - granny smith apples and sweet naval orange.
And that texture - like a comfort blanket. — 6 days ago
Nose has bruised yellow apples, damp chalk, brioche dough and under-ripe green pear.
Palate has lemon zest over yellow + green apple slices, fresh brioche, yellow peach with a dry finish but an impression of sweet notes on the long finish.
