One of my favorite single vineyard Napa Cabs! Red fruit driven with such purity in the fruit; cherry liqueur; rich and velvety sweet tannins; light cocoa mid palate and finish; delicious! — 5 years ago
Full throttle yet dialed in and under control! First time with Maggie’s wines as I’ve sat on this now for six years and I was not disappointed.
After a three hour double decant; deep, inky purple in color; intoxicating floral perfume and lavender on the nose, liqueur, and meatiness; palate is so smooth and plush, with blackberry and blueberry compote, subtle smokiness, kirsch liqueur, mild black olive, definite lemon curd zing on the mid palate; the 15.2% alcohol is under control as I get no heat or burn; this is rich but such a smooth drinker. Just wonderful.

Refreshing little petrol lemon drop; clean fruit, bright acid and mild, zesty sweetness. — 5 years ago
Consumed over three days; ripe, red fruit with a tang and cola spice mid plate; saturated fruit but not sappy; deep and nicely structured; clipped finish but it’s super young; definitely one to buy every release! — 5 years ago
Solid $15 bottle; subtle nose of lemon zing and green apple; similar palate with a clean and sharp (good) acidity. — 6 years ago
Fresh, vibrant and racy; always so great to drink; more floral nose than I recall. Delicious. — 5 years ago
Hits way above its price! All that I want in a Cali Chard; lemon and mineral driven; light and refreshing. — 5 years ago
My favorite of all the Carlisle Zins year over year. This is in a pretty good place right now; just a slight bit of heat on the nose and palate but not obtrusive; wonderful perfume of dark red and black berries, baking spices, sweet blackberry jam; palate very much the same with the typical Carlisle Zin bramble; sweet tannins; consumed over two days and consistent throughout; really a great structured wine that’s really enjoyable right now but should still be solid after several more years. — 6 years ago
What do you get when you cross Treehouse Vineyard fruit and the Assistant Winemaker to TRB at Mending Wall? The answer is this Pinot that is absolutely stunning.
The nose and flavor profile reminds me quite a bit of the Occidental Ridge Pinot from Rivers Marie; bing cherry, dark cherry, a bit of cola, orange zest, citrus and pine; riper fruit but still crisp, rounded tannins and a good little bit of acidity. Really a smooth drinker overall. This has improved over the past year and is a stellar QPR.

Trent Fletcher
Crazy blend of 30% Grenache, 30% Cinsaut, 20% Tannat; 10% Petite Syrah, 5% Syrah and 5% Zinfandel from the James Berry, Adams Ranch and G2 Vineyards.
Consumed over 2 days; Day 1 was dominated by the Grenache with a lifted sweetness of ripe strawberry and raspberry jams, red currants and really cool streak of citrus mid-palate; Day 2 showed more of a darker and savory palate with a heavy dose of Syrah and Tannat; spice and iron with black pepper on the back end; all these grapes played so well together presenting a lush and silky mouthfeel; 15% ABV wasn't even noticeable. — 4 years ago
