Crazy blend of 30% Grenache, 30% Cinsaut, 20% Tannat; 10% Petite Syrah, 5% Syrah and 5% Zinfandel from the James Berry, Adams Ranch and G2 Vineyards.
Consumed over 2 days; Day 1 was dominated by the Grenache with a lifted sweetness of ripe strawberry and raspberry jams, red currants and really cool streak of citrus mid-palate; Day 2 showed more of a darker and savory palate with a heavy dose of Syrah and Tannat; spice and iron with black pepper on the back end; all these grapes played so well together presenting a lush and silky mouthfeel; 15% ABV wasn't even noticeable.
