Traditionally, Unico is known for its power and structure, whereas Valbuena tends to be the more refined and elegant wine. No doubt at this point in time, the Sauvignon Blanc is dominating. Intense, lemon and lime with above average acidity that makes this wine almost one dimensional at this point in time. Would love to revisit in a decade. My score reflects today with unlimited upside potential.  — 9 days ago

This was firing on all cylinders tonight. Caught at a point v.s. my palate preferences. This still had fruit power but also polished, pleasantly drying tannins. It had a lot of spices braced by just the right amount of sweetness. Truly a joy to drink tonight. — 11 days ago
