Estate Grown Mt. George Vineyard Merlot 2021

Blend of 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby with rich aromas of dark ripe fruit and herb spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum with tobacco, cacao and cedar. Fine firm tannins, long finish ending with balanced mineral wrapped in cacao, tobacco and oak. A solid Merlot. — 6 days ago

Vent d'Ange Chablis Chardonnay 2020

Very muted in the nose… hardly anything at first, fresh saltiness, barely a hint of green apple & lemon peel. And yet, fresh & enticing.
And then, on the palate this sings! Simply beautiful! With a touch of roundness & creaminess on the palate but also vibrant acidity, salinity, stony minerality. Ripe yellow apple & lemon. Vibrant, juicy and quite complex. Great depth & length.
A benchmark for Chablis & delish!
