Always really enjoyed this producer, wish we could see more on the market, love the citrus intensity mixed with the classic lactic quality. Great stuff.

Perfectly ripe fruit. Round lemon with a defined brightness. Clean mineral. Primary, but excellently balanced and precise at that. This disappeared too quickly with shrimp and grits.

I knew Chablis was good but this was amazing! Stone fruit nose with a citrus and hard mineral flavors. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!
