Lovely pale yellow crystalline color. Ah lovely balance of citrus and apples. Toast. Hint sweet. Very nice sparkler. Clean. Crisp. Elegant.

Conquered! Christmas stuff put away! I don't normally have wine two days in a row...feeling a bit justified!
Nice blend of 70% Chardonnay..15% Chenin Blanc...Mauzac 10.. and 5% Pinot Noir.
Lemon..brioche...a bit of lanolin...honey...and peach.
This Crémante is actually quite delicious ...under $20!

Too hard carbonation. Aromas are that of lemon/lime-scented washing liquid. This is one for those who likes prosecco but wants food friendly acidity and more structure.

Fresh and clean, but lacking intensity. Signs of underripe fruit at harvest; a medium harsh, slightly malic acidity. An uninteresting finish, minute autolytic character and varietal character gives this wine at least one other dimension, overall a decent fizz with some complexity, easily drunk and easily forgotten.
