Addictive and absolutely stunning. Super elegant and lean when compared to the Buntsandstein from E&M. Ethereal cherry 🍒 light as air. Crushed Marble. Essentially like a Premier Cru Chambolle Musigny from the slopes of the black forest. Tannin’s fully resolved. Drink Up!!!! I would not keep this longer. Costco find. Opened up very much with petrol and diesel on the nose and mouth. But it turned beautifully into a floral and crystalline expression of fruit. Not much depth but good acidity to balance out the sweetness. Eminently quaffable even with a very hearty moose curry. — 3 years ago
