While I preferred the original vintage of the Serendipity, I believe ‘16 was their first, this is still a fascinating blend. The Zin dominates, with a sheer blast of maraschino cherry: both Luxardo brandied and cheap sundae toppers. Salted caramel, milk chocolate and prune also present themselves. I’ve said it before, and I’m sure I’ll say it again, but the wine this small family owned winery is making is an incredible value. — 5 years ago
Good straight out of the bottle. Easy to drink. Light....good summer red. — 7 years ago
Very smooth, well balanced, great mouth feel, apple, vanilla, oak. Wonderful with cheese and crackers — 2 years ago
Like a flavorful wine sundae—biting into a medley of strawberry, pear, and maraschino cherry with the perfect vanilla creamy on top. — 3 years ago
Cherry covered vanilla sundae, stewed cherry, baking spice, a few years did this well. Great cuvée of single vineyard wines. — 6 years ago
Smokey caramel spicy peaty nose. Vanilla and nutmeg swirl through toasted dark berry compote. Makes me want to layer it over a vanilla bean sundae. The bourbon barrel intensity is a bit heavy for my preference, but the wine is true to what it claims to be. — 6 years ago

Lush and lovely aromas of black currant, violet and fruit-topped ice-cream sundae pull the nose into this hedonistic bottling. Those fresh, juicy flavors of blueberry sorbet and boysenberry syrup are dusted in cocoa on the finish. One of my favorites. — 4 months ago
