Smokey caramel spicy peaty nose. Vanilla and nutmeg swirl through toasted dark berry compote. Makes me want to layer it over a vanilla bean sundae. The bourbon barrel intensity is a bit heavy for my preference, but the wine is true to what it claims to be.
