Dig this wine. Nose- Cherry, roses, violets, and grape fruit snacks. Palate- plenty of dark fruits, with a heavy influence of cured meat, olives and game. Lighter than the abv suggests. Good acidity. Wish it didn’t end. Glad I have a few backups but should’ve waited a few more years. — a day ago

Because it’s Sunday….and celebrating the new baby girl. Mom deserved something good. This fit the bill. More serious champagne than just popping bottles in da club. Light pale straw, lemon and grapefruit, lighter body than I had hoped for with a good amount of acidity and plenty of dry almond and cashew. Held its own against some spicy Thai, but not sure how it would do outside a patio / pool side pounder. — 9 months ago
