Really a wonderful Burgundy for the always reliable (and now quite pricey) Bize. This 17 Savigny is in a great spot. High toned, balanced, refreshing acids, good mix of earth and fruit. Perfect pairing with the classic Sunday roast chicken with mushrooms.
