Interesting Provence Rouge.
Prune, dark cherry, blackcurrant, smooth oak with star anise, licorice or cinnamon. Fun overripen characters even in young vintages, but I look forward to 5~10 years later. — 12 days ago
Dry with a bit of malolactic/butter in the back. Very nice. Maybe pair with some grilled shrimp? Had with tortellini soup and it was great. — 4 days ago
Somm. Very full of fruit, peach, watermelon, light, and mineral. Refreshing Rose. Celebrated an early dismissal and a snow day for following day! Would buy again. — 7 days ago
Great crisp, dry rose very typical of provencal roses. Slightly tangier than what you would normally find for a rose which makes it a perfect accompaniment to a good, pan seared streak with rosemary and thyme — 16 days ago
