2019 vintage. Thought some of the previous 2014-2018 vintages were ready steady go! from the onset but this may take the cake. Light-medium body. Nose is über-giving with herbs and baking spices. Finish of 40+ seconds highlighting a cocoa/baking chocolate baseline supplemented with ripe dark cherry and plum. Tannins fully in check-for now. — 3 years ago
Still pretty alive, albeit more into tertiary notes with some fruit still evident, at 47 years old. — 5 months ago
Nose is chlorophyll, mineral and sweet green. So evocative. Sea air. So layered. Some smoke. So elegant. White flowers. So pretty. Palate is so crystalline. Unreal purity. Elegant and finesse driven. Faint peach fruit and incredible acidity and depth. It glides on the palate. Really juicy. Long. Just another wonderful 21. — 2 years ago
— 9 months ago

Medium light garnet , wide garnet rim . Quite open from the off , red cherry , rose , red currant , raspberry , a touch of smoky oak, after a while a little deeper fruit . On the palate this has quite sweet strawberry , raspberry , red currant but with good acidity , rounded on the palate but with quite gritty tannins , with saline hints on the spiced cherry tinged finish . This is still pretty young and needs a little more time , maybe 2-4 more years , and will last a further 5-8. — a month ago
