Delicioso muy rico con ensaladas y frío — 9 months ago
Wine with roasted whole chicken part 2: I used to adore Ribera Sacra, & then moved away with the inevitable rise in price & trend towards more modern styles. Not this. A short decant (45-60) to take the wind out of the Brett sails, & we were off: dense, brambly black fruits on nose & palate, with a distant barn door left open on the nose. Medium plus acidity. It’s the length though that impressed me, along with a freshness (at 13%). Evolves in glass, as if the fruit still has layers. Like a really good chinon. At about 28$, a high end QPR. Eric Solomon imp, interestingly enough. — 2 years ago
Sour apples, prickly pear, and hibiscus not super complex but very delicious some minerality and acidity — 3 months ago
Had at Chateau Cellars in Ybor. Jason really like it — 8 months ago
Newest encounter with this Ribera Sacra red. Tasted like a Loire in blind tasting especially given its funkiness, but it’s more complex & layered if you take your time & let it settle down. Blackberries, a bit of fermented apple cider, & wild raspberries- the tiny ones. I can drink this all day. — a year ago

Gosh, this producer sure knows how to pull on my heartstrings. The palate was very light, watery thin even, but the perfume it exuded was just incredible. Fresh roses, violets, cherries, orange zest, smoky incense, and some herbs. Boah, I could just keep swirling and smelling this wine. — 8 months ago
Elegant and Minerally. Great acidity with a spicy foundation of tobacco and some vanilla. Bright red fruit of the raspberry kind. — 2 years ago

Very pale ruby , watery rim . Quite light floral , sour cherry and sea breeze notes , wet stones . On the palate quite lean and high acid with a saline kick on the finish . Light red cherry notes , red currant , raspberry also. Very light tannins , behaves more like a rosé or white than a red really . Ok length with a stony edge . I presume this is best drunk now whilst the fruit is fresh, unsure how this would age . Now and over the next 2-3 years ? Certainly thought provoking .. — 2 months ago
