Really well aged and balanced mineralogy. Dark berries and low tannin, but not thin. Really needs to breathe — 6 days ago
Deep Ruby with complex aromas of black and blue fruits, blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, aged for 20 months on French oak (60% new). On the palate flavors of currants, black cherry and blackberry with spice, and a touch of oak. Balanced acidity supported the fine dusty tannins. Oak, cacao, and leather were noted on the long finish. Although this wine needs some bottle age, it’s somewhat approachable now. — a month ago

Reddish in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity. Pretty color.
Strong nose of red fruits with earth, light wood, light Mediterranean spices, mushrooms, earth and herbs.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, cherries, spices, light oak, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, light green tea and earth.
Nice finish with soft tannins and tangy cranberries.
This is a delicious 15 year old Pinot Noir from Oregon. Nicely balanced and elegant.
Feels like a red Burgundy, which I loved. Complex and interesting. Tangy and spicy.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent. Drinking beautifully now, and will continue to do so in the next 10 years.
Wine Enthusiasts 91 points.
Easy drinking, and good by itself or with food.
Pinot Noir grapes were aged in (55% new) French oak barrels for 15 months.
13.1% alcohol by volume.

Lewis Cellars "Cellar Selection" tasting with canapes. Just opened after 2 year revamp of the Robert Sinsky offices into a beautiful tasting room with views of the valley at Yountville crossing/Silverado trail. Luv Napa in December only one there all afternoon.

Bottle #2 from case and it has gained some structure and opened a bit in the last 1.5 years. Nose is great, reminds me a lot of last nights Pontet Canet on nose. Hint of tobacco, pencil leaf, red fruits currant, kirsch, and red berries. Great mouthfeel, great balance, and good structure. Looking forward to another in 2 years if I can wait! — 8 days ago
2021. Slightly more nuances than the regular Knights Valley cab. Very good wine, better to get a good price on it. — 15 days ago

Double decant for sediment and pour. A remarkable still dark purplish garnet with bricking. On the nose: still captivating areomatics of stewed red fruit, worn leather, herbaceous, pencil shavings, eucalyptus, cigar wrapper, funky earth. Taste: silky, soft, savory, mature wine with just a hint of blackberry, currants, earth, dried herbs, mocha, and a smokey pepper/tobacco medium finish. Sure, on the downside, but if you like savory aged Napa cab this still works tonight. — 12 days ago
