여름의 끝자락이자 가을의 초입이 느껴지는 밤에 마시는 산지오베제 100%의 이탈리안 와인. 11년의 숙성을 거치면서 색은 옅은 벽돌색을 띄게 되었고 미디엄 바디감을 보여준다. 1달반 정도 후에 마실 수 있었다면 계절과도 더할나위 없이 잘 어울렸을것 같다. 가죽과 오크통, 나무와 가을 나뭇잎 향을 부드럽게 갖추고 있고 흔들었을 때 향의 끝에서는 하얀꽃의 느낌도 받을 수 있다. 색깔처럼 부드럽고 무겁지 않게 넘어가기에 차분하게 흔들의자에서 이 와인을 따놓고 가을바람과 즐길 수 있다면 세상 부럽지 않을 듯. — 9 days ago

Delectable Wine

Luminous red. Inviting aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry nectar, cinnamon, and minerals. Fresh and juicy, with lovely inner-mouth perfume to the mineral and sweet, spicy red berry flavors. Hedy is an amazingly, creative Chef.

Superb food & the wine pairing doesn’t suck as a friend of mine is famous for saying.
