A French Pinot Noir, which is interestingly grown in Beaujolais. Begins with a welcome balance of fruit and earth on the nose with raspberry and cranberry along notes of mushroom and black pepper. These flavors continue onto a very well balanced palate which has an a lively vein of acidity running though it. A perfect pairing with creamy truffle steak penne! [4/29/23] ($35) — 2 years ago

Fresh, crisp, minerality, citrus, stone fruit like apricot; no oak, it’s my perfect every time every day wine ; slight slight smokiness, could almost taste the gravel ..the vines were grown in the silex soil — 9 months ago
For a white wine, this is very yummy, especially paired with a manchengo! — 2 years ago

I've been saving this second bottle for a few years and so glad I did - it's become very finely grained and all of its intense aspects are still intense but now has the balance and structure of an Olympic Artistic swim team. — 3 days ago
