Mar 20th, 2024So, 16 year old Muscadet, it pours to look like a 3-4 year old, showing some subtle, mature aromas and flavors, but excellent minerality and acid balance, long, lingering finish, it’s long been amazing to me how complex these better Muscadet become, and how long they last, outstanding and quite youthful, kudos to Luneau-Papin!! After 15-20 minutes, a fascinating tropical fruit undertone (pineapple?) has emerged, absolutely great Muscadet!!
