This Grenache rosé throws delightful aromas of fresh strawberry, white flowers, and hint of freshly cut grass. Follows with a lively acidity and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and a bit of smooth creme fraiche on a surprisingly long finish. Stellar pairing with balsamic glazed pork chops and roasted sweet potato! [10/3/23] ($19) — 2 months ago
A beautuful deep salmon in color, this Willamette Valley Pinot Noir rosé has flavors aromas of strawberry and rose petals. Round and relatively full bodied pallate for a rosé it carrys a lively acidity, while finishing with touch of river rock and salinity as well. Worth noting it improved noticeably as it warmed and opened (~30 mins). Perfect pairing with fresh pesto pasta! [8/17/23] ($25) — 3 months ago
A delightful South African Chenin Blanc which after a short decant and time to warm up, in the glass, hits you with enticing aromas of pineapple, citrus peel, lemon curd & brioche. Ever so slightly off-dry on the palate with lemon oil and hints of chalky minerality joining the mix through on a relatively long finish. Stands by itself, but also a stellar pairing with crispy skin salmon and orzo cucumber salad! [6/30/23] ($38) — 5 months ago
A Columbia Valley, WA Cabernet that punches well above its price point. Enticing nose of black cherry & blackberry along whisps of violet and pencil lead. This along wirh a smooth palate and med tannins makes this wine easy to enjoy with or with food. A great pairing with a Halloween party and a Harry Potter costume :-D [10/28/23] ($12) — a month ago
100% Cabernet Franc from Chinon FR, this wine immediately presents as herbaceous & rustic with aromas of dried herbs, roasted bell pepper and hints black pepper. The palate is light/med bodied with smooth tannins, and does add bit of fruit with flavors of raspberry sauce but still finishes with similar rustic overtones and an imbalanced sharp acidity. An imperfect but interest pairing with reverse seared Filet mignon with red wine sauce! [8/22/23] ($20) — 3 months ago
Rich, juicy, and fruit forward in style, this Santa Barbara Pinot might be a crowd pleaser but lacks the subtlety which makes Pinot Noir special. Begins with aromas of cherry, plum sauce, along with vanilla on the nose. The palate presents quite a lively acidity throughout with bright cherry, cranberry which clashes with a heavy oak influence on the mid-palate and finish. Overall a disappointing wine for me, but still paired alright with movie night movie night and popcorn! [7/8/23] ($15) — 5 months ago
A delicate and well balanced Pinot Noir rosé from the Sonoma Coast. Welcoming nose of ripe strawberry, and rose with a creamy undertone that continues onto the palate. All in all quite quaffable and completely hides its 14%+ ABV. A solid pairing with a spring salad and Bachelor Thursday! [10/19/23] — a month ago
A pleasant surprise found at Trader Joe's, this Cremant presents flavors & aromas of white peach, lemon, and apple with delicatre notes of brioche and creme fraiche on the finish. Excellent QPR, easily outperforms most sparkling wines at this price point, and was a delightful pairing with a charcuterie board! [8/25/23] ($11) — 3 months ago
This NZ Sauvignon is more balanced and complex than your standard. Hailing from Hawkes Bay which is cooler climate than Marlborough it showcases passionfruit, grapefruit, gooseberry across the nose with a well balanced palate adding a layer of minerality though a smooth finish. Excellent wine and wonderful pairing with fresh tomato basil pasta! [7/18/22] ($11) — 4 months ago

A delightful Sardinian Vermentino with full flavors of lemon zest, green apple, with a vein of salinity throughout the nose and palate. Tasty on its own and a delicious pairing with pesto chicken pasta! [11/3/23] ($21) — 16 days ago
