This Australian Reisling comes across very subtle and nuanced with light aromas of lemon-lime zest with a mineral undertone. The pallate is quite dry and brings a bit more interest with a heady acidity along with melon, pear, and a whisper of sweet jasmine. Worth noting this wine was best once left to warm to just below room temp. A nice pairing with dry rub chicken thighs and roasted garlic broccoli! [4/27/24] ($17)

Pale lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, rose, and stone. Medium body and medium-plus acidity. Good balance of fruit and acidity on the palate, with a medium-length finish. Solid, straightforward, and satisfying.
