A portrait in elegance. Initially the nose is shy, but unfurls into a full range of lemon, from underripe to meyer lemon; yellow flowers, lilies etc, a slight amount of flint minerality, lemon custard, hint of fresh almond. On the palate reminiscent of a delicious lemon custard accented with a touch of vanilla, fresh acidity, great texture, good length. What a great wine. Easy to drink on pop & pour for such a young Syrah.

Reminded me a bit of the Domaine Rostaing’s I’ve enjoyed. Ripe black cherry, crème de cassis, violets, lavender, pepper, stem inclusion, notes of roasted chestnuts, grilled meats, iron pan, spices, dark flowers, nice acidity with good balance and elegant finish. — 8 days ago

Green gold glinting diamond. Cap smoke, toasted sesame, wildflower honey crystallized, snap pea, chive, lime racing around lemon and zesty crystal droplets stratifying aromatically. Incredible lime zest and essence over lemon verbena, lemon pastry puff, and carnation petal. Amazing in every way.
