Reddish in color with medium intensity.

Red fruits on the nose with light wood and chocolate notes.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, cherries, light oak, spices, chocolates, licorice, tobacco leaf, earth, coffee and peppercorn.

Spicy on the long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a really young Rhone style red blend from Paso Robles. Fruit forward with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel. Spicy and tangy.

Good right out of the bottle and better with after 90 minutes of airtime. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Well balanced and easy drinking. Good by itself or with food.

A blend of 40% Mourvedre, 28% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 4% Vaccarese, 3% Counoise and 3% Cinsault.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

1 hour decant(little fine/cloudy sediment). A wondrous dark ruby red color. On the nose: Intoxicating notes of black cherry, stewed blue fruit, forest floor, chocolate, grilled meat, pine. Taste: juicy, fresh, velvety wine with dark cherry/plum, dried herbs, crushed gravel, leather, and an orange peel milk chocolate long finish. YUM! The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and brooding, mixing dusty sage, currants and mocha with lifting hints of mint. This is texturally thrilling, silky, and nearly creamy in feel. A tinge of sour citrus, tart red and black fruits and graphite minerality add form toward the close. It firms up through the finish, classically structured and long. This is a delicious Petite Sirah from Paso Robles.

Full bodied, big and bold with medium acidity.

Very fruity on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing black fruits, light cedar, vanilla, licorice, chocolates, coffee, mocha, cola and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This 3 year old Petite Sirah will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine. A delicious wine.

A blend of 76% Petite Sirah and 24% Zinfandel. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months (40% new). A small production of only 8 barrels.
