Singing Tree Chardonnay 2018

What is it about Russian River Chard? It’s like the girlfriend you had in high school that you finally admitted you had a crush on and everyone was like...really? It goes so well sipping into the night. One of the more mellow expressions of the River but still enough oak to set it apart. The best from this region show fruit and some wood - and this is it. Like many from this area not a value, but still worth it. — 14 days ago

Guillaume Gilles

Nouvelle Les Rieux Cornas Syrah 2015

Drinking well that is showing lots of depth & purity with an ethereal nose of black cherry, raspberry, crushed rock, mineral, iron, olive, lavender & violets. I would decant as it threw off a lot of sediment. — 5 days ago

Fig Tree Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2018

A little tropical for my tastes but well made for that style. — 22 days ago

Pear Tree Wines

Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Somewhat sweet with lots of fruit, mostly grapefruit but also lemon and pear. A little short. My rating is for this style of wine, but I don’t really like this style. — 25 days ago

Wonderwall (Margaret River)

Syrah 2018

A fresh and honest wine. Taught red fruit (cranberry and cherry), dusty earth, and very subtle black olive. M+ acid with M tannin and a persistent finish. Great with food. — 5 days ago
