These are night 2 notes. On night 1 it was showing a lot of fragrance but was shy on the palate. Just the opposite on night 2: nose shows shy but pure notes of crisp apple, underripe peach, and slatey minerality. But it’s got nice roundness and intensity in the mouth, with a nice, user-friendly balance of minerality and fruit. Dry, but not in a demanding way. Very nice. Finally getting to open up my favorite bottle from Bloomer Creek. It’s the last I have from this past summer season.
Like rose syrup, bee pollen, and sage. Absolutely lovely bouquet.
