Fabulous. Aged in the cellar until 2024. Could have even left longer perhaps. — 2 months ago
v12. This is really good! Soft, smoked, candied Black Cherry nose. Juicy, rich, dark black cherry and a touch of tar fruit. Long, slightly dry, pepper and mocha finish. Very good! — 7 months ago
Again a bottle to my liking. So guess that previous one was off. High in acids, tangerine fruits, classic bitters — 2 months ago
v10. Lucky me, I don’t know why I still have a v10, but it is fantastic. I will take a chance and call it “ at peak”. Cork came out clean. Solid purple color. Soft, pleasing bacon nose. Bright cherry, and dark black cherry fruit medley. Smooth, slightly tart, but round, zippy, mocha finish. Nicely balanced. Would not share ! — 7 months ago

Interesting and delicious. Oily and salty. On the richer side. — 2 months ago
