Lots of oak on the nose followed by black cherry and plum. Palate is similar with a medium long finish of tobacco, coffee and vanilla. — 17 days ago
Huge nose of plum, lavender, strawberry jam, raspberry jam, vanilla, almond extract, and cranberry. Big red fruit on the palate of dark cherry, fresh raspberry, cranberry, as well as black tea, licorice, menthol, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, leather, white pepper, sage, oak, and blackberry. Medium plus tannins, high alcohol, and high acid. — 23 days ago
Great flavor, just a tad thin. Overall, another great wine from Ojai! — 3 days ago
With each bottle, I enjoy these that much more. This has the crisp character of a seaside wine, but also the power & detail of honeyed peaches. It brings the delight & beautiful, approachable fruit but is wonderfully balanced with fresh acid. One to watch as it comes from 15 year old vines. This bottling will continue to show more and more with each vintage. Beautiful. — 18 days ago
Grew in complexity and character over its 1.5 hour decant. Light compared to its peers, this was all dried raisins and apricots and a little bit of cedar. Cerebral sipper.

Moscato d’Asti is available in a 375ml which is a nice size to pop open after a nice meal. A slight effervescence wine with a light golden color. Aromas of sweet fresh stone fruits and citrus layered with a bit of floral spice. On the palate flavors of peaches and apricots with a grape-like character. Medium finish ending with citrus, sweet spice and honey notes. A favorite, great value! Grab a 750ml for a larger crowd! — 24 days ago

Wow. A great barbera that my nephew brought over for dinner the other night. Opened it the day after and it’s tannins are smooth and blend perfectly with the cherry base I’m sure it’s not a value buy but this is a classic barbera. Buy it to show friends and family what barbera should taste like. — a month ago
