After an epic lunch from @joe leatherwood , a few of us got together for a socially-distanced evening hosted by @Keith Fisher to keep the party going.

The pic may be slightly blurry but the label is also blurry on its own!

I agree with
@Eric LaMasters in that this one seems to need quite a bit of time to come around. These SQN whites are consistently mesmerizing in their complexity. Checking in at 38% roussanne, 31% petit manseng, 18% chardonnay, 9% viognier and 4% Muscat (what a blend!), it is deeply golden in the glass. Aromatically, it sports crazy dried dragon fruit, banana peel, caramel dipped grilled lemon and sea salt. Amazingly dense and rich on the palate, with a classically waxy profile. Savory popcorn kernel, almond skin, honeysuckle, and quite herbal round out a finish that has a surprising amount of acidity. Love the uniqueness. Thanks @Dan Fitzgerald .

Exciting to try the Sine Qua Non Rhône Valley blend white wine for the first time! A beautiful medium gold color. Nose - scents of tropical fruit with guava nectar nominating. Secondary notes of honey vanilla nut and florals follow. Taste - rich and oily layered wine bring out the variety flavors on the palate - mango, pear and lemon stand out with mineral limestone and white pepper following. The smoky and snap of lemon rind give it a unique medium finish.

1/2 hour decant(some sediment). A splended medium gold color. On the nose: tropical fruit, nuts, lemon, agave nectar, toffee, floral. Taste: oily, rich, layered, mouth coating wine with pear, lemon rind, mango, limestone, spices, minerals, a little vanilla smoke, and a medium plus finish. YUM!

Awesome. Amazing aromas of pear, stone fruit, and white flowers on the nose. Took a bit of time to open up - should really sing in 3-4 more years - but with some air time this one really opened up. Fantastic.

This really needs a few more years in the bottle to come together.

Very interesting and complex, but it needs a few more years in bottle for the acidity to integrate.

Yellow-gold; lemon and petit-manseng spice nose; quite bright palate with more citrus, pear and chalky minerality. On the crisper side today.
