Bright, pale straw in color. Brief white mousse and tiny, "frizzantini" bubbles. Abundant nose of white flowers, echoed on the light palate which adds overripe peach and red apple. Juicy acidity balances the fruity sweetness. A lingering finish rounds it out. Perfect standard bearer for the appellation that many try to imitate. Balance is key, making an excellent sipper or accompaniment to fresh fruit or spicy dishes (like my Voodoo pasta)! Drink now. — 2 months ago

Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of jammy cherry and strawberry, lively spice, ok balance with savory firm tannins on a medium finish ending with mineral character. Ok, but a little pricey compared others. — 2 months ago

Quite light ruby , wide rim . At the beginning quite a lot of spicy oak , after a while delicate strawberry , red currant and rose tinted floral notes . On the palate delicate red fruits , raspberry and red currant , slightly spicy , dried sage , black pepper , quite mouth filling . Good balanced acidity , sweet tannin . Nice length .
