1/2 bott for 9€ at a restaurant on the Place Bastillle, Paris. I ain’t mad at this simple pleasing wine. Lots of citrus and herbs. Perfect for my grilled fish and the hot weather. It’s 86° F today. — 3 months ago

Nose: Cherries galore, rhubarb, hints of peppercorn, baking spice and balsa wood. Palate: Black cherry, ripe strawberries, slight bitterness but pleasing. Fleshy, round, ripe, fruity, supple tannins, balanced and tasty. Nice value.

Sitting outside the Bourse Collection in Paris might cloud my judgement. A nice straightforward rosé. Typical cherry, wild strawberry and a pleasing citrus note. Easy drinking, perfect for the café life. — 20 days ago
