Fruit sourced from 3 parcels located in terroir of Les Chetillons at Le Mesnil sur Oger, 100% Chardonnay. Pale golden lemon color with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, apricot and lemon citrus flavors, floral with biscuit tones. Great balance with acidity, delicate textures, long finish ending creamy with toasty smoky oak and chalky mineral biscuit character. Nice! — 6 months ago
